Project Synopsis

MetaOmGraph (MOG):

Introduction

MetaOmGraph (MOG) is a software designed to empower biologists and clinical physicians in research discovery. MOG leverages data drawn from huge databases from research worldwide. Using MOG, researchers can visualize patterns in terabytes of genetic expression data drawn from individuals with particular cancers, or genetic disorders. They can identify genes that help plants survive under drought conditions, or research changes in human host gene expression when a virus like COVID-19 infects.
