EXPECTATION FOR 10WK PRESENTATION

• Total Time about 25 mins for each team.
• This is a practice for the final presentation. So formal wear is expected -- same that you would wear for interviews.

• Each student is to present for approximately equal amounts of time. 
• Presenters are to sequence and not interleave.

• Presenters MUST state their first name AND last name clearly when they start.
• Presenters must not read off slides. Keep a count on your finger of the five or ten things you have to speak about. No cue cards allowed.
• Presenters must make eye contact with audience members.

• Slides must be 
  • readable.
  • not too many words on each slide
  • make use of graphics/pictures/tables.

• Presentation must address the following:
  • One short slide on the topic.
  • The focus is on design and on implementation.
  • Talk about obstacles/challenges and how they are being overcome.
  • Remaining work and timeline. What can we expect to see for Final Demo?

• Give a DEMO (this must be pre-recorded). Cannot be more than 5 mins. Focus on demonstrating the KEY deliverables of your project.

• Upload presentation and DEMO to your web site.
